I've added nothing to the device - no photos, music, programs - so what's taking up the space and how do I fix it?

After over a year of no problems, the phone began displaying "low memory" warnings that persist even after I deleted most texts, emails, photos, videos, cookies and TIFs. More often than not it gets very sluggish and/or freezes. Battery runs out quickly sometimes, and phone gets hotter than usual, without any significant usage.

I have the same problem with the storage space on my Q9c and have tried everything, transfered all of my user files off the phone to the card, deleted all programs and messages, all thats left on the phone itself are sysem files that were there at the begining, ive searched for the larger files with file manager but the largest files it finds are all system files

You need to go to the file manager and find the large files that are taking all the space or you could get a sd card and transfer the large files to it and you would have no problems

Hi I have Samsung B2100 mobile phone. When I receive a message, the sound is so loud. Can you please tell me how to control the volume.

menu/settings/phone profiles, select profile, then choose options at the low left corner of display. Here, you can adjust type of sounds you want and its loudness. Navigate to the right with your central button and here you are navigating downwards: 1. - message alert type chooser, 2. - message alert tone, 3. - message alert repetition, 4. - email alert type, 5. - email alert tone, email alert repetition, and finaly, 6. - alert tone volume. To enter into the submenu, first click direct the central button, and then choose the volume with left or right part of your central button. I am not a perfect english speaker, therefore I hope I was clear enough making this explanation.

Keep getting an alert saying "storage memory is critically low." I erased everything out of the phone and still get the same alert.

Hello there...

Please check your Storage Memory free space.

Free-up your Storage Memory by erase or move any unnecessary or less necessary data from your Omnia's "My Device" storage to your Omnia's "My Storage".

Hope this helps...:D

Alert message pops us : low on free storage space, delete old or unsused items, however there is nothing to delete

delete all email texts un-necessary files and clear your search history on you internet, you may want to use a card for storage, on your email you can set it to store to card and can also do that for photos and files.

Low memory

The solution was to do a hard reset on the phone. It literally cleared everything off the
phone. Luckily I had everything backed up. Phone works great now.
