Clipping can result from improper wiring or solder jumps to figure this out youll need a continuity tester simply check you inputs and outputs and make sure wiring is correct then if so your amp has a solder jump inside them amp. New amp or send it in for repair you can buy a new amp nearly every brand at dealer cost from this site.
