Buttons dont work on danby microwave

my danby microwave buttons stopped working al of a sudden. couple hours after it started beeping and working but the microwave keeps beeping asking for a code, it says code on top in small letters. what is the code? why is it asking for ir and continuously beeping every minute

The
first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a
minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.
If that doesn't work, leave it unplugged for maybe an hour.
If it still isn;t working I would contact Danby Customer Service US / Canada.
