My printer wants 'troubleshooting and routine maintenance' and just won't print anything until it gets done!! I cannot find the manual - in fact never saw one to begin with! I guess it's probably easy if the manual was at hand.

yes, i found the manual! and an engineer needs to come, thanks for your help.
