Question about PC Laptops
I asked you some stuff yesterday. I didn't know how to reply so I hope this gets to you. I found some real nasty stuff on the hard drive of this laptop. There is a dll called nayedora that keeps showing up in my registry. I used hijackthis and I couldn't delete it from the registry. It kept coming back. Couldn't delete the file because it was running a process. Couldn't delete the process because it had messed up task manager. Won't allow me to run any kind of spyware or antivirus stuff. I used Bart PE and found the file in Sytem32. It was hidden and listed as a system file. I deleted it. There are some other stange files that I think are related. It also disabled the registry editor. I think I can rid of it and all the other stuff it is doing. I am pretty good at virus removal. The strange thing is that I googled nayedora and got only a few hits. That ain't good.
I removed the bezel from the laptop and took of the circuit board that has the power switch. There is a socket or something underneath it. I played around with that for a while and suddenly my computer turned on. I haven't turned it off yet because I want to get rid of this virus or whatever it is. Then I will see if the power switch problem is solved. Thanks for your suggestions.
Hi, your problem sounds more complicated of what is, only you must reinstall the operating system with the discs of recovery and I list, you have neither to modify record nor know this where located neither the virus nor nothing of it, only it reinstall the equipment and ready. : )
