Question about TruTech PLV16190 Television
Verticle problem: Heads at the top and the ticker at the bottom of the screen are cut off. Also the horizontal is adjusted out too far. How do I bring it back in to the size of the screen?
The Video modes should take care of that, you should be able to adjust it from the remote.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You need to first let me know what you are using for a source and then check the TV setting for the format and make sure it is on normal

SOURCE: horizontal line across screen
This is called "Field Collapse". Line collapse is different (a single vertical line) in the centre of the screen.
But field collapse is usually a fault in the field circuit (possibly a field output IC has gone short circuit) or electrolytic capacitors have dried out. The same can happen in a CRT TV - looks as if LCD panels are the same way! I think you will have to take this to a service centre.
GOOD LUCK! (:-)
