SOURCE: setup router with vonage device and dsl modem

For the best call quality, I suggest you connect the Vonage router to the DSL modem, and if necessary, connect the Linksys router behind that. Why are you using a second router, though - you probably just need a switch or hub, if you're trying to connect more machines. Small networks rarely require more than one router. MaverickSolutions.biz may be able to provide additional support if you can give us more details about your installation.

SOURCE: The PC/ACTIVITY my Motorola modem isn't on...

if all of the other lights on the modem are lit, except pc activity, that means the modem isnt communicating with the computer. 3 things can cause this - modem could be bad, ethernet cord could be bad, or the NIC card(the card in the cpu that houses the ethernet port) is bad. Most of the time its the ethernet cord or the NIC card in my experience. Dont fret, both of those are relatively cheap fixes.

Two phones in use with Motorola VT1005 result in very low volume

disconnect the POTS line incoming to your home on the outside of your house. This will make the phone wiring within the house a standalone network. Plug the Line 1 jack of your TA into any available phone jack and the remaining jacks in the house will be energized. This will create the same environment as you had with POTS.

I, am using motorola L6 problem is about web browsing

ok....the only thing u can do to speed up ur browsing is to stop ur browser from loading images, when it loads a page.
that should make ur web experience bland but, super quick.
web speeds have also got a lot to do with the connectivity.

My house phone is not working

Unplug all phones in your house- all of them. Wait 5 minutes then plug a phone in a try it again. You probably have TIP n Ring reversed ( Red and Green wires) or your hookswitch on the phone is bad. If you do get dialtone after you wait 5 minutes and can hang up and get dialtone back get a new jack and try that ok
