Question about Acer Aspire 5100 Notebook
I got an acer aspire 4730z with an Intel Graphics Media accelerator 4500MHD with up to 1759 MB DVMT 5.0 (64 MB Dedicated Memory, up to 1659 MB Shared Memory). But when I check my system, its video memory is only 64mb, even though that I already have 2gb RAM.
How can I increase it to atleast 256mb or more?
The bios link for upgradation of bios memory comes as disabled. also there is no way to run a hard disk check from BIOS. This sucks, really!

This is done in the BIOS screen. Upon startup of the computer, press the key or key combination the screen tells you to in order to enter the BIOS. Somwhere in there there will be a selection for video memory that you can change. Thanks and please don't forget to give this solution a fixya rating. :c)
