No volume -whick keys do I use to regulate the volume

Hi mjhauk,

You can use the Fn+F3 Keys to decrease and Fn+F4 Keys to increase the Volume. If the Audio is not working after increasing the Volume using the Function Keys, please try re-installing the Audio Driver in the Computer to fix this issue.

Below is the link to download the Audio Driver.

ftp://download.sony.com/US/pc/REDAUD-01199801-US.EXE

Please download the file, double click on it to begin the installation and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation. After installing the Audio Driver, please restart the Computer for the settings to take the effect.

This should fix the issue.

Good Luck!

Please post back if you require further assistance.

Thanks for using FixYa.

1st check your PC if audio is fine with headphones or some other speakers , then check your control panel and test sounds compatibility might that you are using wrong speaker setting in the PC.

My acer aspire 5610z

Checking volume control for muted input/output devices
  1. Click Start, All Programs, Accessories
  2. Click Entertainment, Volume Control
  3. Ensure that all volume control levels are raised and any mute boxes unchecked, with the exception of the microphone.
Try this to see if it helps.
