Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
I have put in a claim with the service dept. I purchased the 1 yr. plan.I have been trying for a week to fax the receipt so they can send a new one but the lines are always busy. Is there an address I can mail it to so my son can play with his Christmas gift he has been waiting for?
My RMA # is 12110260.Please help me resolve this matter.
Unfortunately, with Microsoft seeming like they're always understaffed, you may have to wait. However, try calling the xbox 360 support line and dial the extension 0 to speak with a CS agent. Sometimes this helps getting you to an agent.
