Select the folder you wish to show. Press enter to show the first slide then press enter again to bring up a tool strip.

Select the picture of slides to auto show the folder. You can adjust the speed in the tool box setting.

You may have mistakenly started in test mode, I suggest resetting the device, here is a link to the manual, it should have something about resetting the frame.

Go into the folder where the pictures on your memory stick are stored. There should be thumbnails of all of them and you can select anyone with the red border. Select anyone so it shows up in the picture frame. Now press Enter. Five buttons should show up. Press the middle one to start the slide show. Press Esc to stop the slide show. You can also access the tools settings from here to adjust the interval time. Hope this helps.

Does the digital photo frame have it's own internal storage, or do I need to purchase an SD card?

Hi,
Most digital photo frames have a small internal memory limiting you to the amount of pictures that it can show. If you want to have a slide show of a couple of hundred pictures or more then an SD card would be a good idea.

I have a 10" frame. The picture that I take with my digital camera is cropped by the frame. It seems to crop about an inch off the edges. How can I fix this. I can alter the picture if necessary.

Depends...
if it's during a slide show, then there's a slide show option "screen fit or fill".  If you are set to fill then it will cut off edges, change the setting to screen fit.

or if it is cutting off all 4 sides when displaying a single photo, you may have the zoom turned on.  Tap actions / zoom and set the zoom back to 1x.

Transfer pictures

Plug the frame into the usb slot on your computer. Open up the folder with your pictures on it. Then open up my computer and look for the drive that is the frame. Drag your pictures right to the frame,s drive.,
