The term Subsidy Password is used by Motorola and other handset manufacturers to refer to the 8-digit (or 16-digit code for newer phones such as the Motorola K1) unlock code necessary to remove the operator lock (also known as subsidy lock) from cell phones. You specified your phone is LG,LG Phone ask for Unlock code, but subsidy password request from a Motorola Phone,Ok you can get the Motorola Subsidy Password at Onlinegsmunlock and Unlock the Phone,You need to specify the network it locked now and Country, mobile Phone model....
When you place a new or a existing SIM card from another phone provider into your mobile phone and it asks for a Security code then :- This phone is locked to the original mobile phone provider. You need to contact this mobile provider to ask for the unlock code (security code) for this phone. You need to provide proof of ownership etc and the phone's unique IMEI number which is located inside the phone under the battery. They use this number to generate the unlock code for your phone. They should provide you with instructions on how to enter this code into the phone. Once you unlock the phone, then you can insert a new SIM card in this phone or sign up with another phone provider using this phone.
You could ring the phone provider and ask for the unlock security code because you are going overseas and wish to use your phone with a prepaid SIM card from another country. This maybe a free service. The other way to get your phone unlock is to use a phone unlocking company on the Internet, they usually charge a couple of Dollars for their services.Use Google and search for "Security unlocking code” companies in your area.
http://www.cell-unlock.com/motorola-razr-v3x-unlock.htm is one I found you can find many just by googling unlock codes for whatever phone model you have. Some are as cheap as $1.99 some are up to $20 but read and make sure they are verified so you don't pay someone that doesn't help you. Most of them are honest companies, you can pay by credit, debit or paypal and have code in 20 minutes max.
Firstly your phone is locked ...once it ask u for a subsidy password it means that the phone is locked to the sim card or the provider your trying to use.The message contact provider means that you have tried the incorrect subsidy code over eight times so the phone would automatically show the message contact service provider or contact operator. You need to get the subsidy code for this phone off ebay at www.cellunlock.net or from anyone of the many sellers of motorola codes. The codes cost us$7.99.I can get the code for you for a cost of us $10.00 if u don't have access to ebay or paypal. my email is firstname.lastname@example.org this helps...
