When i try to play video it say file format error

Hii,

You may not be able to play your video due to any type of damage to file. So in order to repair unplayable mp4 you need to have Repair mp4 which easily regenerates a new mp4 file. Any user may get it over internet for evaluation purpose.

My ipod is showing file system error

Hi

File system error can appear due to unplugging the MP3 player without disconnecting it. It may have happened due to formatting it with a different file format or due to memory issue with the player. Please reformat your MP3/MP4 player. Connect it to the computer, go to My computer-> right click on the mp3/mp4 player after it is displayed-> select format-> Format it as FAT32 File system. Formatting the MP3/MP4 player will delete all the songs/data from the player. So, backup all data before formatting it. Hope this helps...

Ikasu mp4 touchscreen

i had the same problem but i had a read of the manual and there should be avi converter with the mp4 player in the form of a mini disk you have to make sure it is at the right resolution i think mine is 320*240 and if it is not the right resolution it will just keep coming up with file error, just make sure the resolution on the avi converter  matches the resolution on the mp4 player

Call Apple and find out if warranty covers, because physical damage requires replacement - NONE of the Mp3 manufatcurers will offer replacement parts other than cd's, usb cords, headphones, and batteries
