Question about HP Photosmart 2610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
You had put a tool on my profile so that I could potentially fix my problem and it didn't work. Did you have any other ideas? I have done all kinds of things and it seriously is difficult to figure out this issue. I even talked to two different online people from HP, to no avail.
I could send you an email with all the steps they had me take that didn't work if you are interested.

Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
