I just orderd a from what Information I found online a "Microtel" Desktop.
For Image I just found of it, type at Google images or Yahoo images, "Microtel SYSMAR511" Gray and White color. and thats the type of Tower Only I orderd off ebay.com or somewhat similer. Intel Celeron 1.80GHz, 512MB RAM, No Hard Drive. I'm trying to find the company's website for Drivers for it, for when it comes in I can install them. I tryed Microtel.com and I just get hotel sites or a sell site not the manufacturer site like IBM.com.
Chances are, with a bare bones system that you are describing, that you are not going to find a set of drivers like you want. What you may need to look for is the chipset drivers for the motherboard, particularly if you have on board video and ethernet.
from the looks of it this is a VIA KM266 chipset. with a Relatek RTL8139 network card, and AC97/8233A VIA sound and S3 Savage4-PRO+ 266DDR graphics.
If you search around for those drivers, you will probably have better luck, but be advised, that just because they use this chipset on one system, doesn't mean that they didn't change up to something else. So no guarantees that this is yours chipset, but my guess is that this will get you pretty close

you wouldn't be talking to anyone on the phone on this page
and texting any information is useless as it is not the correct people to be talking to
get the correct contact details for your supplier and talk directly with them
Pretty easy, but might require you do things you haven't done before...
Visit Google.com or whichever Google you'd like as a desktop shortcut
In the Address Bar/Search Bar at the top of the window, drag the Google icon to your desktop. This will create a Google-named generic icon on the desktop
Do a Google image search for a .PNG file of whatever Google logo you'd like. I've provided a link for the Google Drive logo below.
Once you've found one you like, click on it and it'll bring up a preview window. You'll be able to tell if it's a transparent icon (very critical) because you'll see a checkerboard pattern behind the logo.
Click on the View Image button. It'll bring up the logo in it's own window.
Click anywhere in the window and type COMMAND+A to select the image.
Type COMMAND+C to copy the image
Click on the generic document icon named Google on your desktop and type COMMAND+I. This brings up the Get Info window for the file.
Click on the small file icon at the top left of the window. It'll be surrounded by a light blue "halo" showing that it's selected
Type COMMAND+V to paste the image file. You'll see that the generic icons in the window are now changed to the Google logo.
If you choose the wrong file type and paste it in, don't worry... just undo your last action (COMMAND+Z) and all will be well!
It's difficult to provide you with the manual without knowing which watch you own. That said, I have four suggestions that may help you it down:
1. Search for your watch on FixYa. Clicking either the search result or the image of your watch will take you to a product page. Many manuals can be found on product pages.
2. Try looking on the manufactures website. Many brands provide manuals online or contact information to request a new instructions manual either online or by mail. Fossil even provides a basic manual for their watches based on watch type (digital, analog, multifunction, etc).
Please check to the store where she ordered and get the delivery receipt number because that will be your reference. If they use a courier ask them what courier and when they deliver. After knowing the courier call the courier if they receive such information about the delivery.

i'm not sure i can solve this problem--which started for me tonight as well with my lacie d2 quadra 500 gb--but i can share a possible explanation i've found online: apparently, they have lots of problems with their power supplies. see if the power adapter (the black brick) is making a hissing sound, or if there is a ticking sound coming from the drive itself. i have both these sounds. i am hoping all my data is safe and that my i.t dept. will be able to fix it with a new power supply on monday.
