go to this link u will find the PC suite for Serial cable
Download that and install on your PC/laptop
Connect ypor mobile to PC/laptop via CA-42 cable
When youR phone gets connected to your PC/laptop
go to control panel and then in phone and modems and
go to modems and select add new and click on 'dont insatall my modem i will select from the list'
after that select manufacture nokia and select modem of NOKIA 3200 and select the port ON WHICH YOUR PHONE IS CONNECTED
dont select the different port you will not be connected to internet.
and finish it
NOTE:-Install your modem only when your phone is connected.
Go to PC suite and click on the modem you installed
and provide your Operator setting and you have done it.
NOTE:-when your connection is Established your Phone will be disconnected from the PC suite
After disconnecting from the internet Your phone will again connected to PC suite.
