Question about Motorola Mobility W230 Phone US with Warranty
I can't install a music to my phone even if my micro sd card reads by the card reader. and also I can't install or save music directly to my phone. Why is it so?
If your sd card is read by the card reader..... its possible to install a new songs.... first you want to do is find a folder to your micro sd that contain a music file.. second be sure that you know the audio format file.. then copy paste audio from computer to micro sd...

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

SOURCE: saving music on my micro sd..
well assuming you loaded music on your sd card:
to find it, just go to mystuff....
menu, mystuff, center button, it should load the mini sd right there. then all you have to do is click over right and file explore the mini sd. you should put music in the music file.
another option on the phone.....
go to att music
menu, upper left icon, center button, music player, it should find all files.
let me know how i can help some more

My motorola w230 does not let me install it to my pc, and I can't put any music in it what so ever, so why do I have an mp3 player if I can't even use it?
