Question about HP Scanjet 4370
You just need the Vista driver for the Scanjet 4370 from the HP Support site:
Install that one instead :)

Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off.
I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with
the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the
printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

Hello, go to the HP Website. Click on Support & Drivers at the top of the page. In STEP ONE box, choose DOWNLOAD DRIVERS,SOFTWARE, & FIRMWARE. In STEP TWO, choose AUTOMATICALLY DETECT PRODUCTS. Then START DETECTION.
FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS to have HP automatically download & install the most current Software & Drivers for your Device.. That should do it.
NOTE: BE SURE TO HAVE YOUR DEVICE TURNED ON AND CONNECTED TO YOUR COMPUTER BEFORE YOU BEGIN...
