Check your bluetooth and make sure that it is capable of playing music through the headset. I had a Motorola Bluetooth headset that was unable to play music through it, but I later then upgraded to a Plantronics headset, and this played music just fine.
As for not being able to hear voice messages through your bluetooth headset, make sure that the volumes are up on both the device and the headset, and try deleting the paired device and re-pairing it!
bluetooth is a type of wireless connectivity between supported devices. you can share music files with other mobile users through bluetooth , and you may use a bluetooth wireless headset to listen to the music files being played through your bluetooth enabled systems such as laptop and may also be supported by yuor phone.
After trying this myself with a pair of samsung headphones, I searched online and found a review that said the LG Scoop/Rumor doesn't support stereo bluetooth, so the music player probably won't connect to the headphones.
I think the problem is that the media player plays the sound from the speaker instead of sending it to a bluetooth headset. have a look into the media player options and settings, also try a headset or headphones that you can plug in the phone, that should work also.
according to the specs ive read these are the bluetooth profiles supported by your phone : Bluetooth® Supported Profiles:
dial-up networking, headset, hands-free, file transfer, imaging, printing, JSR-82 copied directly from motorola website........so in other words your phone does not support the bluetooth stereo profile.....so the headset may function as an earpiece but music play wont be possible
All the bluetooth wireless headset are only capable of making/receiving voice calls. Y? its a bluetooth software which is installed on ur cell phone. it is not capable of listing the music through the BT headset. BT 1.1 Software version only lets you listen to mono. BT 1.2, Version playing music through a BT headset while music is playing on laptops. and again we need to find out what BT software version is on the phone and if sony erricsson came out with better BT software for your needs.
I bought the same headset and also have a K1m, I did research and found out that the k1m does not have a2dp technology so it will not play music on any bluetooth stereo headset, in order to listen to music through a headset you will have to get the handsfree wired stereo headset, bummer
