Question about PfaFF Creative 7570
I am looking for my mother-in-law who just got a Pfaff 7570. She said it was missing the floppy disc that should have come with it to make it run? Any ideas or sites where one can be downloaded?
I have somewhere that installation diskette (with the old SW version). If I'm not mistaken it was not included with the sewing machine but sold separately with the embrodery arm that we bought together with it some 10 years ago. Email me to firstname.lastname@example.org if you need more help.

The embroidery unit is sold as an optional accessory. Embroidery design cards are available with preloaded designs that you can stitch by inserting the card into the machine. In this case, no software is needed.
The software is another separate package that allows you to create your own designs and /or use designs created by others. The software needs a dongle ( special cable) to connect the machine to your PC, and you should make sure your software comes with one. You then can send designs to the machine directly from the PC onto a separate storage card. The Pfaff creative card is a blank card for this purpose, also sold separately. Alternately, you can purchase a generic blank card designated to work on the Pfaff.
