Follow this link and download the Extreme Graphic 855 GM file under video;

The reason it does not look right is you have no graphics driver! Install the file I linked you to or alternatively the one below it and you will be set

Hope this helped dont forget to rate;

Try logging into support.dell.com get a driver for windows 2000 for the video card you have. Sometimes that driver will work for the XP session OK (XP will gripe about loading it but continue anyway.)

Good Luck

My netbook display screen for the desktop is flipped sideways how do I fix it? I have rebooted it 3x

It sounds like you have the screen flipped (portrait for landscape). If you have XP, you will need to look at the display properties. I believe this is Start > Settings > Control Panel > Display > Settings. Then click on the Advanced tab. Look for a rotate screen option. (It may also be available from right clicking on the desktop - look for Display.)

If you upgraded to Win7, right click on the desktop, choose Screen Resolution and you'll find a line with a drop-down menu for Orientation.

I hope this helps.
