Check cover/cart

Two possible solutions remove the top cover (Two screws on top after oepening the cartridge door and two push in black nylon screws in either side). and check the activation lever that activates the cover switch is not riding on top of the switch. Second if this happened your toner cartridge make sure this new cartridge is the correct one for the fax and not a HP modified recycled printer cartridge.

hello our fax machine is not load paper.It give message to "Check Printer"with error code ##322

Hey... thanks! This solution was simple and straight forward. Two screws I found either side at the back where the paper sits, and 2 more at the front under where the top panel lifts forward. The activation lever turned out to be a spring loaded white plastic bit up the top to the left. (Just a bit more detail for those of us less savvy!)
