Question about Philips Brilliance 151AX Monitor
How to do OSD main menu unlock
Posted on Dec 16, 2009
Substitute monitor to find out. I doubt it is a hard drive problem. It could be a video card problem. Borrow a monitor or get an old CRT one (available for almost nothing now) We pay to have then removed or desposed of in our city. If the substitute monitor does nto do it then it is the monitor going bad, as you say. If the substitute one als flashes I woud go for the video card. If video card happens to be an "On Board: type consider buying one to install in a open slot..
