Question about Samsung D900i Red Wine Quadband World GSM Phone
I have a samsung D900i and can't send or receive picture messages. I can send and receive txt messages with no problem.
You have to get the MMS Settings on your handset from your Mobile Service Provider.
Their are two ways to get the MMS Settings :
1. Your operator will give you a code, which you have to send via SMS to a toll free number and you will get your settings within 15-20 minutes on your handset.
2. Set your MMS Settings manually by calling your operator. They will give you the settings manually on phone. You just have to put the details in your handset options.
Hope this will help you.

Do you have your MMS settings in order? if not you need to speak to your telecom provider & ask for the settings.
