Question about Computers & Internet
I have a built in 1.3 mega smartcam and I can see and hear my family but they cannot hear me only see me, and we going through AIM. I have all my microphone and speakers devices on but still nothing. What am I doing wrong?
It sounds like your camera is not being turned on. If you are using SKYPE to connect with family, after you connect up with them you can turn on the camera so they can see you. If you don't use Skype, its a free download and free to converse by computer without paying. You probably already know that. It only costs if you call a telephone number.

SOUNDS LIKE WHAT YOUR FAMILY HAS MAY HAVE BAD SPEAKERS, SPEAKERS NOT PLUGED IN OR TURNED UP. IF THEY CAN SEE YOU AND YOU CAN SEE AND HEAR THEM IT SOUNDS LIKE IT WOULD BE ON THEIR END. CHECK THEIR SPEAKER PLUG INS AND VOLUME THAT MAY BE AN EASY SOLUTION
