Question about Computers & Internet
Mother bored: Asus m2n-sli deluxe
4Gb of ram
850Watt power supply
Hey there, I'm not getting any picture thought the dvi ports on the graphic card. Got it tested by a computer shop and they found it to be faulty as well. When they tested it they said the card could be reconized by there mother board.
This card was a ebay item, (stooge i know) I can't get my money back or send it back to them to have it fixed.
Any idears on if it might be my pc? Or do you know of anyone that can fix grapgic cards?
Any help would be great
1. whats the brand of the VGA Card ( looking at the model looks to like Asus)
2. when you tested the VGA card at the computer shop did they check it on a another motherboard?
3. any way fixing a VGA card is not possible by any ordinary computer repair shop. best would be to try to locate the local agent in your country & see the possibility of getting warranty.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Tips for a great answer:
If your computer came with a motherboard disc the drivers could be on it
Click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to display adapters + to expand you might see a yellow question mark ? or exclamation mark ! or a red x right click select reinstall drivers
Want to make sure your drivers are in place and no errors have occurred? Simply click start right click on my computer select properties then select device manager scroll to Display Adapters and click on the small "+" you should see the model of your PCI Express graphic card there. If there is a problem with it, a yellow exclamation mark should appear besides it. If you don't see it everything is OK and your card is working properly.
