I can't find the manual and my machine keeps shutting off with an F11 code. I clear it and restart and it will go a bit more and then F11 code again. Before I start taking days off of work and wait for the sears repairman (I do have a service contract, but they take 2 weeks or more to get someone to the house) I would like to know if it is something stupid I can do myself, so...what is an F 11 code????
a 6ya Repairman can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Repairman (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

the first thing u must do is ID who makes this machine for sears, sears doesn't manufacture anything, here is the page that shows you how to do that, then with that info i can look up the code difintion. go to link
I have the same problem. my model number is Kenmore 970-556322. the whole stove is not working.
Oven door is not locked but got the message "door locked" on the control panel and won't allow reset via clear/off. and it shows F11 and F90 on the display, and the machine keep on beeping the whole day, tried to unplug and restart it next day, but didn't work.
f11 is a communication issue between the 2 control units and wired through and latch assy. most common i find to be is the machine controller, up under the main top of unit, check all your wires!!!!!depending on board can either be 150 , or for the top of line model the part retails for close to 300 and thatsjust for the part let alone the service and labor
f11 is a communication error, assuming it was used in one home and now moved to another. i would remove top of unit and check wiring(especially leading to latch assy. that tub was probably banging around quite abit on the move(assuming shipping brackets werent put back in.) def chack all wiring first
