"Frozen Up" new MP4
Got a Delstar MP4 (DS 821) as a gift. Downloaded music without problems, played x2 or 3 days just fine. After disconnecting from charger after battery low, turned on, and ??? frozen? Dark screen background with a pic of MP4? Won't do anything...Turned off/on, ran battery down completely, and recharged, nothing. NOTHING in owners manual....help!
