I have the ts 200 at the office and would like to program it to forward calls when I leave to my cell phone. How do I go about setting it up to forward calls?

You would need to have who ever programs your PBX or office system open that up for you. These days you may not want to open that door for fraud reasons, if someone hacks in the system, you give them acess to call anywhere anytime.
