Question about Creative Labs ZEN V Plus MP3 Player
I have a windows xp computer, When I plug in my creative zen, a box pops up saying that one or more devices in a usb port has malfunctioned and that and unknown device has been plugged in. It then prompts me to check the driver for the device. I had to install all the software from the cd that came with my mp3 in an attempt to solve this problem but that didn't work. My device charges but won't let me add or remove files because apparently the computer doesn't recognize it. Even the creative registration box won't recognize my device is plugged in! Please help!!!
Go into device manager in control panel in add/remove hardware and find the usb port its plugged into and uninstall then reinstall the driver.
