Question about Coby MP-C7097 MP3 Player

1 Answer

My player will not "sinc" with windows media player.

When I try to upload music with widows media player onto my "mp-c7097"; I get this response: "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while synchronizing the file to the device."
My files are not hidden, and are in mp3 format.
I have formatted the mp3player, and tried changing the USB mode.
nothing seems to help.
any ideas?

I don't know how to get songs from CDs we already have into the MP 705. Please help.

first you have to rip them to your computer using a media player like windows media player, itunes or songbird and then you can usually select sync from the menu or tabs to send the file to the media player. Or the other way is to drag the ripped mp3 files to the mp3 player in windows explorer as the mp3 player will show up as a hard drive/removable device.

How do i delete music/pics.other

Simply hook it up the same way you got your music on there, plug it into your computer. Browse through your player and find your music. Once your music is found you then you can delete it by right clicking it and hitting delete. There you go.

Mp3 format is OK - I would reformat the player inside of Windows Media Player and try again.

Coby mpc7095 2gb player has lots of songs on it but PC won't pick them up

I changed the settings in system tools >USB settings to MCS mode and then you can access all lthe files on your coby player through your PC and move them into the appropriate folder. It seems all your music has to go into the music folder. The Coby player isn't the most user friendly and is buggy. If they fix the programming, it would be a good competitor to ipod.
