Question about SanDisk Sansa e200 MP3 Player
Locked and wont let me unlock.....computer does not recognize it either
Thatroom is correct. Switch the lock/unlock switch back and forth a bunch of times, and then try to power it back on. This worked for me when I had the same exact problem. Switch it back and forth at least 10 times if you have too.

i think you put it back again your 2GB micro chip, its not necessarily to put 8GB, it will not work.. Your sansa e250 is design for 2GB only, your not an inventor to do that... your only a user, if you something stupid on that, its your own risk but for me its not necessary, your not contented with that.. All you have to do buy a new one which a lot more than 2GB and up, right!... Don't be so pathetic to do that things, even the company don't want really to change even the micro chip inside.. They were not selling for that kind of MP3 player... if might be then they will loss profit on their product, youve been pirate on it... hope you understand the situation...
