The siren is merely the part of the alarm that gives you an audible alert when you arm, disarm the alarm. It also alerts you to intrusion and tampering. The siren does not arm itself and lock you out.
Locate your valet switch and turn the ignition on, press and hold the valet switch, count to five and release. the unit will be in valet at this point. Locate the model number and report back for the instructions to disable the passive arming.

If your needle rides in the "wax trail-off" area of a record it can damage the needle, along with making a horrible noise. It is not enjoyable to have to babysit your records and manually take your tone arm off the record the moment it is done. The Levitator does it for you so you can relax and go about your business. They break. The latch arm is one piece, spring and all. So if any part of it is still in the
juicer it's broken. Order a pair from Omega and have them walk you through replacing
them.

A metal tone arm has a ground wire that connects it to the back of the stereo via the Turntable chassis. If this wire is broken (inside the deck of the turntable) or the ground to the stereo is not done, you can have this issue. No, the ground through the audio connectors is not sufficient.

See what kind of arm position sensing elements are used in your turntable (micro switches, optics or possibly other) and check if they work correctly - sometimes a microswitch can be damaged or have oxydized internal contacts or a badly soldered / broken wire and it will not function properly, causing the unit to stop automatically, the same might happen if the sensor is of optical type and there is some dust or broken wires or if the emmiter or sensor is damaged. Also, it could be a problem with the part that activates the switch / optics, it might be displaced or damaged.

If all sensors / switches seem to work well, then check the section which has wires going to those sensors / switches, it's the next probable location of the fault (it might be an electronic controller so there could be damage to some components, broken wires, dirty connectors or bad solder contacts).

It could as well be something else in the mechanisms, wiring or electronics, i just suggested a few things that might cause the malfunction you described.

Turntabletech.com rewire it thats the option or get the TT200 tone arm base its $149 might as well get a new one with that right?

You most likely have broken balls,,, lol yes balls bearings are most likely broke you might have to replace your arm.. about 80.00 for the part
