I WAS ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES WHEN CALLING YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER 800-877-5032 TO ONLY GET DISCONNECTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO PURCHASE A ''FIRMWEAR UPDATE DISC FOR MY SANYO DWM-400 DVD PLAYER. I RECENTLY JOINED NETFLIX AND SOME MOVIES ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY DVD PLAYER. THEY INDICATED I NEED A UPDATE DISC. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS IS OR WHERE TO GET ONE. PLS HELP
