Question about Acer Aspire 5050-3242 Notebook
Laptop originally wouldn't let keyboard work. Mouse and internet connection would work, but the keyboard wouldn't work. Keyboard would however work in DOS or CMD mode. I'm talking about the built-in keyboard. After rebooting and trying to system restore it finally started working for a few minutes in normal startup would blue screen to say int15.sys Driver is attempting to access memory after it has been freed. Have run several registry cleaners and even renamed sys files that seem to be not working. Still won't work in normal mode. Can use keyboard and internet in safe mode, but have given up on getting it to run in normal mode. Please email me with answers at email@example.com as I'm having a lot of trouble reading webpages in safe mode. Thank you.
Try reinstalling the ATI Southbridge Drivers. The AMD website will have a link (it's on the same page as the Catalyst drivers).
You will have to use version 9.3 as the Radeon Xpress series is no longer supported with 9.4 and up.
