Pegasus faucet problem

I have a Pegasus lavatory faucet. The metal hose from center spout to the cold side broke. Can a new hose be ordered and replaced.

    I also asked a question about an Aprilaire humidifier that i am having problems with and paid for the premium service. I was charged but never received an answer.

Do you get water when you disconnect hose from the faucet? If so, perhaps plastic backflow preventor in the faucet is stuck?

How do you disconnect a quick connects #RP70006


Push in on the connector and hold tension on it while pushing back on the ring closest to the pipe and hold that back while pulling back on the coupling.

How to remove a pegasus faucet handle, brushed nickel, dual handles


with most fausets there will be a cover hiding the setscrew holding it in place. it'll be right on top and need to be pry'd up. or the piece you'd use to turn the handle with, will unscrew.

I need to remove the quick connect from a pegasus faucet


depending on quick connect style it usually is released by pinching hose side of Q-connect pushing forward then pulling back dont know which style????

We've just purchased a Pegasus Traditional Vessel Faucet model #65202-7004, and it appears to be missing an "all-thread bolt"... basically how it adheres itself to the countertop. We are having a horrible...


That it back to Home Depot and get your money back! Then purchase the same faucet over again. If Home Depot sells this faucet, then they should make good for what they sell. It's not your fault that parts are missing. I searched the web high and low and could not find anything on the faucet. Everybody wants to sell, but no one will help you when your in trouble!
