Try loading computer in safe mode. You can do this by repeatedly pressing F8 upon start up it will take you to an advanced options menu. Within there select safe mode by using arrows to navigate up and down. Then press enter when safe mode is highlighted. When it loads it will look alot different DONT FREAK OUT! :) Then there will be a couple of user accounts u can try logging into them and leaving the password field blank. Some times there are accounts w/o a password and will allow access into computer. From there you can create a new password within the control panel & user accounts

you may also want to try to do obtain your system info by going to start>run> then type msinfo32 and press enter. a box will appear with your system info, it's possibly the your model number and other details that you may require could also appear there.
