From the manual: Touch and hold CUSTOM BROIL for 5 seconds. A tone will sound, and “C” will appear on the display. Repeat to change back to Fahrenheit.

Tempature keeps dropping down to 59 will not hold it temp at 101

If your spa will not maintain the temperature it is set at, the most common problem is going to be the temp sensor.
Once you replace the temp sensor you should find your temperature regulated as it normally is.

I set the temp to 75 then the spa show 108 and set an Error oH and stops

This sounds to me like one or both of the sensors on your spa may be bad and need replacing.
There are two sensors in each hot tub. One for the temperature of the water and a high limit to prevent the water from going over 112 degrees.
If one of these is bad then the sensor will not read the correct water temperature.

I have a Lifestyles Phoenix Spa with a Wolfpac model 12404GH controller. The onboard circuit breaker trips when the temperature control potentiometer-knob is turned up past water temperature and when the...

IF when the spa control calls for heat and it trips the breaker when the heater comes on then you have a bad heating element and it will need to be changed.
Disconnect the power to the spa. Disconnect the two wires going to the heater and then turn the spa back on.
If the spa stays running without the heater attached then that will be your source of trouble. New heater and you will be all fixed up.

The water does not get hot just warm it is a brand new jacuzzi spa

Check the Temp Sensor and the High Limit sensor on the system. Make sure the heater light is coming on. if the heat light is not on then the pressure switch is not working but I am thinking more like the Temperature Sensor is not working.

Just moved into new rental property, brand new whirlpool oven, but no manual. Need manual to figure out all the settings in the oven.Model Pro A 80S serie 0839006993.R

I'm not familiar with that series, but you can go to http://shared.whirlpoolcorp.com/product_literature/search.jsp?siteCd=WHRCOM and enter your product information there and it should pull up the needed literature.

The temperature dial just keeps turning around and around but the temp won't change

If the knob is just rounded out, you can probably replace it with a new knob from the hardware store. If the shaft of the valve is stripped and not the knob, someone will need to replace the valve's innards. If the knob is fine but the valve is not working, again the innards need to be changed. You can get a kit to do it yourself but it's kinda tricky.

Jets stuf off on their own after about 20 - 30 minutes

This is normal for jets on hot tubs/whirlpools for the jets to shut off after 20 minutes. This is a safety feature to prevent overheating of the water. When jets are running, the hot tubs are constantly heating and can elevate to dangerously high temperatures excess of 110 degrees causing scalds that you would not even know are happening. Your body temperature acclimates to the climbing temps and you dont realize it is that hot. It also helps prevent you from falling asleep and not paying attention to the temps in the tubs. Sorry, but I think you are going to have to restart the jets after each cycle. It is a safety feature that can't be bypassed or circumvented. Good luck and happy tubbing

On installation have gas coming in through the pipe but no gas gets to the burners. We have verified the gas coming in but do not have anything coming through the oven or the stove burners. I do not have...

You have a gas valve on the unit and once your turn the burner knobs, it opens the valve. Your valve is bad. I have replaced the oven valve on my unit a few years ago. You have to do a voltage check to the valve to see if the valve is being told by the controls to come on. Once you have established that the valve is being called to come on, then you know for sure the valve is bad. Also there is a small gas regulator on the stove near the inlet to it that could be plugged up but I doubt it. Its probably the gas valve which is generally located under the top. Some units have one (like mine) under the oven behind the broiler drawer or pan drawer, depending on what model you have. I hope this doesn't sound crazy, but you did plug the unit in right? It might now be electronic ignition but I wanted to cover everything for you.
