Question about Sony Ericsson K850i Mobile Phone
I went to use my phone using the touchpad and it was not responding, I can use the phone but only by using the wheel/button on the left of the phone. The screen is working, you can see what is on the screen but not able to make selections using the touch pen or my finger. I have turned it off and on, taken out the battery and the sim card. Please help.
Comment posted on Jan 08, 2009 I looked on another site and it was suggested I take out the sim card and underneath is a tiny black switch (lump of black plastic the size of a pin head) this was sticking out and not flush to the rim so I pushed this in. Although it did not work straight away, after turning the phone on and off and taking out the sim card and blowing on it. After replacing the sim, battery and cover and then it worked???? The touch pad now works!!
