Question about Asko T781 Electric Dryer
Ok, so our Asko T781 Electric Dryer decided to die on us today. last night, mom said it was working fine but this morning, when she opened it to see if our load is finished, there was condensation in the dryer and the operating buttons didn't light up any more. I checked and re-do the plug-in thing, and it's fine. The on/off button doesnt work. Please help!! :(
Have you reset the cut out on the back? its a little black button that you push in until it clicks. If it does not click, then it probably wasnt the problem. The next most likely cause is a melted fuse holder inside the box on the rear where the power cord goes in. There is a bypass kit available to repair this problem from ASKO, as the fuses are not needed. If you are able to do some simple wiring, you can do this. Otherwise find an AUTHORIZED asko servicer and they will know what I'm talking about. Good luck!

And if you can reset the machine via the black button, do a thorough search for built up fluff, specially at the front, where the door opens.
