Hi there,

A few reasons for this, faulty heater, broken wire, faulty pressure switch or faulty main control board (the heater relay is on the main control board).

There is no reset for this.
Unplug the appliance and take the rear cover off.

Check the wiring to the heater and thermostat. Give the wires a good tug as they can break internally and look ok.
If you have a multimeter, test the heater, it should read around 25 ohms.
Take the top off the appliance, locate the pressure switch (has a thin tube on it), give it a few good taps with your screwdriver handle.
Finally, take the main control board out (bottom left when viewed from the rear) and one plug at a time, take them off, clean and tighten them, plug them back on.
If everything checks out ok, then it's likely the main control board is at fault.

Good Luck!!

Error F07 is indicating that the heater relay is stuck contacts could be welded together, or sticking.
Hotpoint recommend a service call be made.
If it is under 5 years old , then it should be covered by parts guarantee.
Plz rate my solution.

Model NFW7200TW Washer wont fill with water

Are you sure you have both hot and cold water connected? Try turning the water valve on, if you don't have hot water make sure you choose cold cycle. That's the first place I'd start.

Lg lrfd218855st water does not come out and display shows all 8's

Top Reasons Fridge Freezes Food Refrigerator Troubleshooting
There are several reasons for overcooling in the refrigerator section....as outlined in the link. Your additional symptoms of all the display lights going on so it looks like "88 88" and non operable water might point to the less usual control board causing the problem. The beeping usually means the door has not closed/sealed. Just maybe that is the issue ... which could be a bad door switch. With the door open ... find the switch (near the door frame, hinge side, usually toward the middle/top. Make sure that pressing it in turns the lights off...if the lights stay on that might be the problem. Check the freezer door switch too.
Sorry to not be able to pinpoint your issue better ... I have not seen this combo of symptoms before.

Water in door is not working

Your water line could be frozen in the door. You can disconnect the line under the unit before it goes into the door at the bottom hinge. Push the dispenser button and see if it comes out there. If it does leave the door open till it thaws. Covering the opening with a blanket will prevent the loss of cold in the freezer. . GE makes a heater that will prevent this from happening again. The part number for this heater is WR49X10173.

Whirlpool aws 3551 fault FO7

Hi

Fault F07 is a Motor Control Unit Error. It means that the Central Control Unit has detected a short in the motor control unit. If a failure occurs during high-speed spin, the door will be unlocked after 3 minutes. To resolve this issue you need to:
  • Check wire harness connections between the Drive Motor and the Motor Control Unit (MCU), and between the MCU and the Central Control Unit (CCU)
  • Check the MCU
  • Check the Drive Motor
  • Check the Wire Harness

  • Please revert for further assistance.

    Thanks

Hello, i have an Indesit WIXE127 showing error code FO7. Any help/advice appreciated.

F05 is where the pressure switch has not reset within 10 minutes of emptying on any part of the cycle. Basically this means the pump is not pumping the water out. This could be a blocked filter (located on front of machine at bottom behind the kickstrip). Be careful when removing the filter as it unscrews anticlockwise and if the is water in the drum then tilt the appliance back at 45 degrees and put a large bowl underneath to catch the water. If the filter does not unscrew then theres definitley something in the filter. When the filter is out put your finger inside to rotate the impellor. This should spin freely. If this does not solve your problem check for blockages where the grey drain hose connects to the sink (it could be blocked there).

    Error codes

f dl refers to a bad door lock. do you hear a faint clicking noise when you try start the machine and after maybe 30 secs of clicking the" fdl "comes up???or perhaps the door makes the noise to lock but never does lock,in which case sounds like a bad latch assy.. although the fault for the door latch it could also be the CCU not energizing the door lock. try taking off the top of the unit by removing the 3 screws along the back of the top assy (they are torx 20 screws) form there youll see the main control board mounted to rear wall and if you look straight down the right front side youll see the wiring for the door lock itself. disconnect power to unit!!!!! first unplug and replug all the wire harness on the door latch and then also the pink wires on the module itself, maybe just a loose connection. try it now see what happens

    Softner still in the draw

The detergent/softner dispenser is located above the detergent drawer. A water pipe is connected to it and water entrance and distribution to drawer's cells (following the programmed cycle)are done by a lever's movement (part of the dispenser). The lever movement is controlled by two solenoids that received their power from the timer. By opening upper machine's cover you will have an access to the dispenser. Disconnect the power cable from the machine before moving to next step !!!! Look first that they are not any disconnected wires. Move manually dispenser's lever and see if water running to all cells (depend on your movement). In case it doesn't work properly remove the unit from the machine and try to clean it (I hope it will help, otherwise you should replace the unit). In case it works properly (manually) - you should test with a multi-tester solenoid's resistance. the one that doesn't have a resistance measurement should be replaced. Good luck !!
