You need a gas engineer to verify that the regulator on the back of the unit is correctly adjusted. The incoming gas might be regulated to one pressure, but the oven works on a special pressure, controlled by the machine regulator. Also there is a small cooling fan in the control panel that keeps it all cool. The wiring can become detached or the fan fail if the control panel has been withdrawn harshly

MELTED ALUMINUM FOIL ON BOTTOM OF OVEN FLOOR: Have a Kenmore ceramic smooth top range. We placed a piece of aluminum foil on the very bottom of the oven as we like to bake our pizza on the rack but...

I would try a copper scouring pad.
Aluminium is very soft - Mohs hardness of 2.75
Copper has a Mohs hardness of 3, just slightly harder.
Ceramic tile has a hardness of 7
Mohs Hardness Scale

This means the copper scouring pad should be able to remove the melted foil without scratching the ceramic - but test first to be sure.

Our kitchen uses the Imperial IVC-1 after it reaches temp it cuts off and inttermitently will not fire again unless it is turned off then back on. what in going on

Not sure if you have electronic or mechanical thermostat. However problem is likely to be in the electronic ignition sequence box (Usually a Fenwall) Also check the panel cooling fan is working, it cools the Fenwall box.

We too ended up with melted reynolds wrap standard aluminum foil lined and then melted to the bottom of our oven. The smell was terrible. The thing was, we didn't know it was the aluminum foil until we had...

It is very difficult to melt Teflon; 326.8 degrees Celsius or 623.24 degrees Fahrenheit, hotter than most ovens! Rapeseed cooking oil will have long before caught fire.
Teflon is not used on oven floors, walls or racks.
The melting temperature of aluminium foil is 660 degrees Celsius (1,220 degrees Fahrenheit) at standard pressure, so it won't melt with temperatures encountered in a standard household oven!
Toxic fumes from the Teflon chemical released from pots and pans at high temperatures may kill pet birds and cause people to develop flu-like symptoms (called "Teflon Flu" or, as scientists describe it, "Polymer fume fever").

Ice cubs ar melting GE double door frig what can be the problem?

If the ice cubes are the only thing melting it could be the heater in the ice maker which thaws the ice a little to release it from the mold.
If other things start melting it could be auto deforst failure indicated by iceing of the evaporator coils behind the rear cover in the freezer.
