Question about LaCie Computers & Internet
I sent a fax to your number a few weeks ago and have not heard from you. I have finally located this site to request assistance.It appears that there is no Canadian warranty service site for Lacie products. I was recently given your site as the possible service site for Lacie products.
I have two LaCie Desktop Hard Drives (500 GB) They are both about a year old. One on a MacBook from the start was irregular in its showing the connection icon when attached to the computer. Now it does not show at all. The second, attached to a Mac Desk Top Computer has all of a sudden stopped showing the icon when it is connected. We would like to get these problems corrected or obtain new hard drives from you.
