The Xbox 360 is notorious for damaging disks if bumped while playing - But in short there is no way to fix the disc aside from paying.

You could buy a CD repair kit but they are really ineffective.

Your best option is to take the disc to a professional who has a machine specialized in disc repair from my experience this only costs 10 or so dollars and worked every time so far.

For future reference if you do happen to bump your 360 console while playing it WILL scratch the discs assure it is out of the way e.g. on a shelf.
