Question about Arris SURFboard SBG900 Wireless Router (DHSBG900)
You will need to completely reset your router to all of the factory settings. There's a small reset button on the back of the unit.
With a paper clip, push in the reset button and hold it for more than 20 seconds. After this, you will be able to log into your router with the original default username and password (which is probably in the instruction manual).
