Question about SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player
The hardware wizard is telling me cant install mtp.also it says product may not work properly,but it is brand new.the wizard also tells me wrong inf or something like that.dont know what else to do please help
Go into the menu of the Sansa itself and change the USB mode to MSC mode- the user manual will tell you how to do this. Then try plugging it into the computer again. If it still fails, you may have to install Microsoft's MTP Porting kit, but I would have to know your Operating System before i could tell you for sure.
