I did not set up a password to change the year. Why asking for password to open any quick book parogram???? Help Help!!!!
Message reads YOU MUST ENTER THE CLOSING DATE PASSWORD TO MAKE THIS CHANGE??? I changed the year close date to 2009. Can you find out this password. and call me at 509-534-4409 or e-mail it to email@example.com.
Thanks Donna Brayton
Have the administrator of Quickbooks log in mono-user mode and go under Edit --> Preferences --> Accounting --> Company Preferences Tab --> Change the closure date / password from there. He will be able to remove or assign a new password.
