Well I do not know,but I have similar problem. I can see pictures I downloaded to many folders and I could see the first mp3 set of files(about 254 of them). But when I added more mp3 it tells me "No media on file". If I hook up to my PC it sees everything just fine,I can move add and erase no problem,but sidekick doesn't see it
1.Some memory cards are not supported by all phone make sure you stop by your nearest t- Mobile store to get the right card for your phone.
2. check the memory on your phone without the memory card, if it is almost fully then you may have to delete something, number or music or game whatever it migth be.
3.May you could try to format the memory card.
i would say the USB cord doesnt match the memory card and thats not makin a match so other words thats the problem PROB. B/C i had a similar problem and i called them and thats wat they old me ! I WOULD also call the customer care and say technical support they will HELP WITHOUT A DOUBT !
well it happens some time, if you want to format the memory card, the best way is to
take your memory card out of the phone
put it in all-in-one card reader
and format through computer
be sure you selete "FAT" option not "FAT 32" when format via computer.
put the card back.
