when you say its not working what do you mean by that?
its got no power.
the tray wont open.
tray trying to open but wont.
or just wont play cd.
if none of the above could you please give me more info please.

Panasonic have a very good stock of Free PDF user manuals on their website. Make certain though you go to the country website that the product was made in or it might not appear. If you have any problems contact their customer services.

Sometimes it is a matter of just Googling for the info.

Tried a lens cleaner disc?

Original manual found - note the Model No. is listed as SC-EN38DB i.e. complete system (main unit = SA-EN38DB; speakers = SB-EN38; remote control = N2QAYB000245):

"Press and hold (PLAY MODE) until 2DAB AUTO SCAN' appears. When a frequency is tuned by Auto scanning on this unit, the ensemble corresponding to the frequency is displayed for approximately 2 seconds"
