Is the website you should refer to for ordering replacement parts and claiming warranty

Alternatively in your manual there should be a customer support number in the back;

I sincerely hope this helped you

It might not have been your dog, my cables are corroding to bits with the black casing leaving pieces all over the floor... it seems to be a manufacturer flaw

I have guitar hero rock band set and bought rock band. The guitar an drums are set up on wireless how do you sync them to work with this game?

look on the instruments for a red button. press this button at the same time you press the red button on the front of your wii console. this should sync the system to the controllers. (the guitar should already be synced since you plug the wii remote into it, but do it anyway)

Do I need more than one Wii remote for Band hero Wii????

you need a wii remote for each instrument and the microphone. you need one remote for the drums, one for the bass guitar player, one for the guitar, and one in close proximity to the microphone user. you have to set a wii remote near the microphone once the microphone is plugged into the USB port in the back of the wii console. i think there is something like a 10 foot radius meaning if the wii remote is too far from the microphone it will disconnect. so you can do only one instrument per wii remote you are using.

Wii ROCK BAND DRUMS WONT CONNECT. They were working.

is there a sync button on the drum set? if so, hit the sync button on the drums and then hit the sync button on the Wii. This will attempt to re-sync the signal of the drum to the Wii console. This has to be done for any new device that gets added to the Wii. Every so often, the Wii will lose connection with the device and has a hard time reconnecting. Sometimes this connection just has to be reset by resyncing the devices. If that doesn't work, you may have a bum product and have to buy a new one. Walmart has a replacement plan starting around 5 bucks depending on the product where, should your product fail within a year, you can order a new one on their site free of charge and have it shipped to the store for pickup. I recommend this for any high price console peripheral. So basically, my advice is to try and re-sync the drum set to your wii via the sync switches on the 2 devices. If that doesn't work, consider replacing. I hope this helps.

My dog chewed the adapter for Nintedo Wii Rock Band.

You will have to contact Electronic Arts directly by going to After registering your product on their site, open up a trouble ticket and explain the problem to Customer Service. They should have no problem selling or replacing your dongle.

Nintendo wii rock band track pack volume 1

you have to use the green and red keys on the guitar to navigate the software...not the WII remote if you want to use the guitar.. THe WII remote is ONLY used for the Microphones.
On the drums you use the red and Green drum to navigate for the drum...not the WII remote....

Wii Rock Band USB connector

It should work without, but I'm sure you'll want it repaired.

If the broken part is on the Nintendo Wii, you can use the other port, or go to and contact customer service.

On the other hand, if the problem is with the 4-port USB hub or the wireless guitar receiver, Nintendo won't care. You can go to, register your product, and open a problem ticket.

Good luck!

I just got rockband and I am having trouble setting p the drums to connect to the system.HELP!!

Ensure that the foot pedal is connected to the drums. Ensure that the drums are connected to the included Rock Band 4-Port USB hub. Ensure that the hub is connected to the USB port on the back of the Wii console.

Don't expect the drums to work as a remote until Rock Band is completely loaded. Use the Wiimote to take you to that point.
